The ECE site is changing to a new online training system called COLT TRIS. The ECE site will be unavailable beginning September 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. ET. The new KY COLT TRIS site is due to GO LIVE September 28, 2026. Please complete all current trainings and submit all pending credit records and applications before September 11 at 6:00 p.m. ET. Check your email for updates from the Division of Child Care regarding the transition plan, important dates, instructions for using the new online system, and answers to frequently asked questions.
