Training Credit Reminders
Credit files and Self-Reported Certificates are processed in the order received, and the completion date will appear on your Training Record once entered. If your review period ends 6/30, your training requirement must be training completion on or before 6/30, even if the credit is not processed by then. We’re working through a backlog caused by end-of-year training completion and are entering credits as quickly as possible. Please allow 30 days for processing. If you would like confirmation your certificate was received, please add a read receipt to you email before sending.Processing Timelines
ECE-TRIS is currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries and training submissions. To ensure we assist everyone, please note the following timelines.
Self Reported Certificates: Please allow up to 30 days for processing self-reported training certificates and credit files.
Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to emails and voicemails.
Avoid Duplicate Messages: To help reduce backlogs, please do not send multiple emails or leave multiple voicemails regarding the same inquiry.
